Peking Wok Chinese Restaurant is welcomed by its customers especially for the following dishes: fried dumpling, boiled dumpling, Chicken with Broccoli, Chicken with Venison Sauce, Chicken with Sesame, General Tsao’s Chicken… Those ordinary dishes become special in Peking Wok Chinese Restaurant for their efforts of trying to be better. For instance, they cook boiled dumplings with their coats thinner and softer made, so that it tastes especially fresh and tender. This restaurant also tries their best to perfect their service by putting much emphasis on concerning over guests’ responses. Mr. Lin often sponsors the middle schools nearby, and enlists some students in difficulties to do part-time job in Peking Wok, which made his restaurant more blazing.
